We were upgraded to a balcony again. Very happy to return here after a two night trip elsewhere. Staff are extremely helpful. Room is good size and clean. Breakfast is satisfactory. Location is excellent. Double glazing keeps out a lot of the street noise (all would be impossible).

Excellent service from all staff. Lucky enough to be upgraded to a balcony room. Everything was clean. Concierge very helpful recommending and booking day trip and other tours without being pushy. Very happy to return.

The hotel was well situated in an area close to a lot of attractions. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and in good condition. The hotel staff were friendly and breakfast offerings were good including a person that would cook eggs for you.
